Chief Security Officer | Chief Technical Officer | Enterprise Architect

These roles are nearly REQUIRED to establish and maintain a viable security program, but can be quite costly and sometimes a small enterprise just doesn’t have the NEED or the RESOURCES to hire these roles in a full time capacity.

We provide these roles via the most seasoned and experienced professionals in the industry!

Minimum qualification for delivery of this service is 20 years industry experience- 10 of which must be in the direct role which is being provided to clients- just like you!

What is your service model for Fractional Roles?

Fractional roles are usually quite well received for those who desire to take their security posture from one of meeting compliance mandates, to one of a security-centric nature.

By focusing on security use-cases, rather than just compliance mandates, a higher security posture can be obtained.

Enterprise Architect – This role takes care of holistic strategy including high-level technologies in use, emerging needs of the organization and procurement restrictions and options so that money isn’t wasted.

Chief Technology Officer – This role looks at the needs of the organization and and couples it with functionally viable products that will meet the requirements of the use-case or use-cases that are needed.

Chief Security Officer – Security focused on all things. This role works best when coupled with the proceeding two roles so that a holistic security, functionality, and technological tools may be chosen now, and will last well into the organizational lifecycle so that economies are recognized now and in the future!
