OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

  • Entire Agreement — These Terms (together with any separate service contracts, SLAs, or purchase agreements you enter with us) constitute the entire agreement.
