All descriptions, pricing, availability, and features are subject to change without notice and do not constitute an offer to sell or a binding commitment until confirmed in a separate written agreement.

4. No Professional Advice – Cybersecurity & Compliance Disclaimers

The Website content is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, cybersecurity advice, engineering advice, compliance assurance, or a substitute for engaging qualified professionals.

• Nothing on the Website constitutes a representation or warranty that any product, service, configuration, or practice will achieve CMMC certification, NIST SP 800-171 compliance, DFARS clause satisfaction, or protection against any specific cyber threat.

• Cybersecurity risk is never zero. Our solutions aim to materially reduce risk and help satisfy certain control frameworks — they do not eliminate risk.

A.I. Training Clause: You or your agents (or agents under your control or direction) are forbidden using our content to train AI models.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement — These Terms (together with any separate service contracts, SLAs, or purchase agreements you enter with us) constitute the entire agreement.

• Privacy — Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Severability — If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
